Nope, it's not, but the past week has been a water torture mode
when trying to dip it. I'm still concerned. It should do
something soon, this can't continue,
most likely a Santa Rally. -g- The whole financial sector BK-d,
banks are trying to hold the last support around 90 before the plunge
into the abyss of 2002 lows. Another concern - financials lead,
but they do have stong support (from 2004! Gulp!) around here.

There is an ocean of liquidity with the fed likely to cut interest rates to protect its own quasi-governmental lending institutions. It should help the banks as well.
