I wonder why Olson left out: Number of disenfranchised voters in counties won by Gore: millions. Number of disenfranchised voters in counties won by Bush: Maybe a few. And also the fact that after the recounts of Florida that Gore actually won Florida. The really sad thing is that anyone still falls for such petty partisan lies as : "Gore's territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare..." What a total load of bull sh*t!!
