It's pretty amazing how quickly the cameras got over their infatuation with Fred I-must-be-the-next-Reagan Thompson.

Thompson's lymphoma is much more a factor than early reports from his campaign would have had us believe.

The man has no energy, can't think clearly and is obviously wasting away.

I am sorry for the man, but not the least bit sad that his GWB-esque ideology will not be a factor in the POTUS race after all.

Dale;

A Happy Thanksgiving to you and all readers here.

May I also take the opportunity to say I believe you run one of the best - if not THE best - threads here at SI.

Steve

It's pretty amazing how quickly the cameras got over their infatuation with Fred I-must-be-the-next-Reagan Thompson. Since October 1 Thompson has dropped from 25% to 13% in national polls.

I saw him announce his candidacy on Leno. He was amazingly unimpressive.
