Z, > Oh, come on... Bush made the tax cuts and lowered the taxes on the rich without any regard for the economy, and look at the mess we're in now. On the contrary, the lowering of taxes was directly aimed at reviving the economy. That plus lowered interest rates. We haven't seen a recession since early 2002. Of course, the moves are bound to run out of gas as the excesses need to correct themselves, but what would your alternative be? Bring back the days of FDR? Tenchusatsu
