Either:

1. He's a smirking, lying scumbag.

or

2. He's too dumb to be President.

Shouldn't EITHER of these concern us enough to impeach? It's a tough, global world these days. How far can the dollar drop in a year?

It was the CIA's intelligence and "slam-dunk" Tenet's assurances. Are you saying Bush shouldn't have believed the CIA? You have a point, but how much choice did he have? The Germans and the French and the Brits believed it too.
