The bonds need a trading volume, and some of the suspension here is lack of trade. As far as I understand the messages, they stopped trading between the banks, but not the trading to the public. Also, as far as I read it, the result of this suspension is, that some raising of new capital becomes more expensive, which basically is the same as a temporarily increased interest rate.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
