And he did......he had the credibility that Bush/Cheney lacked and he went to the UN and told them about Iraqi chemical labs on wheels that weren't chemical labs at all. It was what helped sway public opinion in the US behind Bush. In fact, the Brits told Uncle Tom that they weren't chemical labs BEFORE he made his infamous speech. That didn't stop him from LYING.

Mr. Powell sold his soul to the devil.
