100 IQ is only an average. That's just the way it is. Perhaps "right" to be limited is not the correct way to state it- "fated" or "born" to be limited is probably closer to the truth. Most of those 55% have probably never taken a rigorous college level science class, have no concept of how to read a scientific paper, and have no knowledge of the findings wrt evolutionary biology. "On the flip side there are 700 scientist according to this link who believe in Creationism - out of 480,000. " I'm amazed they could find 700.
