Clinton put the most people to work of any president.

Unemployment rates today are below the average under Clinton. They are above the minimum, but they are about as low as we have had for a sustained period in modern times.

In any case higher corporate tax rates have a negative affect on employment and on employee compensation. If you want more people to have an income its best to have lower corporate tax rates.
