Bingo! Good answer and excellent deduction based on your knowledge of him. He was so fearful of communism and was so afraid Norway would eventually fall to communism that he met with Hitler. He wrote a book and made several predictions that all came true - so he thought the fall of Norway to communism was a sure deal. ........It is a good example of how thinking driven by fear, can have such sad consequences.

Which very very famous American (likely the most famous at the time)had a similar fear of communism and because of that fear worked very hard to keep America out of WWII?
