Liquidity Pump Runs Dry

Many seem to think the Fed is pouring on the liquidity but the repos are being double counted. The Fed has cut interest rates 75 basis points but that has not helped. Another 100 basis points won't help either. The number of liquidity stories have been increasing worldwide. It will be interesting to watch how fast Bernanke fires his blanks.
