Great job, Kristin! That's a message that needs to be out there and YouTube is a perfect place to get it seen.

My neighborhood has recently seen a number of cats wandering around outside. Many have collars on, which indicates totally irresponsible owners. Especially true because I live in a covenant controlled area calling for all pets outside the yard to be leashed.
