Rove provided confirmation, which is sort of funny considering how hard he was working trying to get somebody to pick up the leak. So, we're back to the same old it was Armitage, and it was everybody, but Rove is apparently close enough to W that no buck has ever been seen anywhere in his vicinity, either. "Personal responsibility" in the usual W sense of the phrase. As far as moronicity goes, as the #1 local fan of the never mistaken war president, I think you have your own issues on that front.
