Not going after him is the same thing as leaving him alone, is it not????? Chimp's explanation that he's not of strategic interest is just a sad excuse for not having caught him. Isn't it obvious to you? It is to me. What are the strategic interests of the Chimp this moment (other than raping and pillaging Iraq?)?
