they both have merits

on another note, today i worked from home, and went to retrieve the coconut from the school

it is delightful to amble to pacific coffee, get ice cocoa, sip same while meander along the beach, take in the sun, and watch the gate of the school for signs of stirring

then, the gate opens, parents and nannies look in, teachers look out, and each toddler is called forth, pattering from the building to the gate, their faces lit up, all excitedly smiling, reunited with minders.

daddy picking up erita seems always special to her.

then, off to the nearby playground via a round-about oceanside path through a traffic free path, chitter chatter with her little pals paul, ruben and zara, and eventually, back home for lunch.

all good.

this afternoon coconut has yet another birthday party to attend, and will be accompanied by her mandarin tutor/playmate as usual (3 hrs per day, 5 days per week).

this parenting thing is fun.

>>those Aztec relics which just sit there, unblinking, not winking<<

Have you noticed that TJ's incantations finally woke up those relics? Gold broke out to a new all-time high...
