But why Florida when no one else is advertising here. Julie has a lead in the polls, but still...

FLA is an important state for the GOP....and maybe he thinks he's got the primary locked up.

Well, apparently Romney has been doing well in the states with early primaries, while Julie is doing the fast fade. So Romney is just laying the groundwork for the future.
