If I may butt in...

I have been invested in SWC for more than two years and have been very impressed by management. Each time a possible obstacle came up in the development of Minto, they stickhandled right by it and often came out better in the end, so the entire project was completed just about on budget and on schedule, no mean feat in today's climate.

Yes, I like Sherwood. I wanted to buy it about a year ago, but the price run away from me before I could raise the cash. Since then, I've been even more impressed with their progress into a small producer. The acquisition of the Kutcho deposit would significantly strengthen the company, in my opinion. Certainly as a Western Keltic shareholder I have greater confidence that the deposit will become a mine with Sherwood in charge.
