Absolute perfect example of a Head and Shoulders pattern and what happens when the neckline is violated. I jumped on their case after their first round of fraud where Frank sold over a million shares for around 11$ using their first false PR. Oh, but then he turned around and bought a million shares back around 6 or 7$ (using ill gotten gains) and all was well with Joe retail on the long side. I've opined on this one way too many times so I'll stop here. I will say I can't believe this didn't end with the sec halting the stock. That was the fear I always had and warned repeatedly about that being a potential outcome to folks I knew who were investing/ trading the volatility. It was just a little bit more sophisticated management led pump and dump.

I can't remember the exact post/date where Crossy kicked this one to the curb, but I believe it was the very same day we both listened to a call that sounded so amateurish it was laughable. I've noticed the management led investigation and journalist inquiries are only about the latest bs they've pulled. What about the original fraud from 2006.....go back and find my old posts about that....anyway that's it. HSOA another case study of unethical management (pump and dump) and the manipulation of greed in the capital markets. - JT
