Concerning those 12,000 shareholders, do you think they are sitting back doing nothing If your question about justice pertains to Turek personally, no group action is necessary as various governmental agencies are already involved. If anyone on an individual basis has anything to offer, I would urge them to come forward now. If your question about justice does not pertain to Turek, then you need to be more specific. Turek did attempt to deflect blame away from himself in one press release, but I think it safe to say under the watchful eye of the government he wouldn't dare try to perpetuate this bit of tomfoolery-- common sense that others looking to place blame similarly should heed as well. - Jeff
