Goodmorning Rande,

We definitely have a problem of extreme proportions.

Many see it, few do anything about it.

There is a choice, but unless many speak it won't be heard.

Link below is to a post by Slider that sums up what many see and are acting on.

Best of luck to us all,

Dave.

Well said, Rande.

Unfortunately, I don't think anyone will wake up until cold water is thrown in their face in the form of some drastic event that upsets their evening TV schedule.

I'm a life-long democrat who has decided that it's more important to be a good American than it is to be a good democrat and I'm supporting Ron Paul. He's the only candidate who does not, in my eyes, represent business as usual.

Beyond that, I'm preparing for the worst and trying to guess in what form the worst will be manifested. On the horizon we have:

1. peak oil
2. fascist government
3. resource wars
4. mother of all financial crises
5. climate change

I'm sure there is more, but I can't think of them right now.
