You might need a stronger decongestant.............call your Dr's office and try to get them to call in a prescription or make suggestions. I'll bet they have had to deal with this problem before.

The last thing you want to do is to damage your ear ( you can rupture those delicate membranes) so I wouldn't fool with too many home remedies.

I also had that happen once and I was in so much pain I remember not caring if the plane went down. I was on my way to the Bahamas from NY.

ouch!
