Its pretty safe in israel. Its the garrison state mentality that you should concentrate on. Nadine says the arab states have to give up the myth of any solution being temporary until pals/arabs gain enough power to expel all the jews. I dont think you think this way and i think arab interests have evolved here given the common threat of iran to arab states as well as israel. You need to accept the jewish state identity not because you like it but because its as much a precondition for peace as anything else. Doesnt mean there wont be arab israelis but it does mean jews will not let the jewish state be demographically destroyed. View it as reactionary if you like. In a perfect world, it would not be my first choice but in the mideast its necessaary for that little sliver of land to be israel forever and that needs to be part of the peace. 100mm arabs 6 million jews. 99.9% of the land arab. Arabs got to get over this for there to be peace.

As i said to you once before, you and i could settle this. The problem is how many ways can hamas mess this up. To be fair i would add rt wing jews to that list but i think you know that while both are obstacles to peace only the hamasians threaten the peace with rocket attacks and terrorism. Maybe hamas should have been invited to the confab? If you are willing to invite the murderous assad so he can get back golan, why not hamas who run gaza?????
