This market is conditioned to take all bailouts as bullish,
and about everyone is looking for the bailout now, and a reflex
rally to new highs. So we got a monkey buy <g> I think we may
not be done yet to the downside, and the BK risk is quite high,
since everyone is looking for a rally, following August and
February experiences. This selloff was, on the other hand,
quite deep and hurting, and there is still no fear, unlike
August. The recent buyers might have to bail. -g-

The rally has nothing to do with the Citi deal, more to do with
with a few hundreds of billions repos from ECB <G> They promised,
and they delivered <g>
