Do you think anyone was driven off by them? My only intent was to point out that judges don't issue surprise rulings out of the blue and that implying as such just makes one look foolish. People who want Turek held accountable for his actions should be encouraged by the motions Scion has benevolently decided to share with people here. People looking to point blame at others, e.g. the messenger(s), should consider a better use of their time like, say, finally identifying and tossing out all their holey and unmatched socks. Oh, sure, no one's going to notice, but you'll feel better about yourself! - Jeff
