Also he apparently doesn't understand the definition of the word propaganda (which doesn't include "false", it just spreading ideas, information, or rumor to advance a cause). If I say - The economic freedom in South Korea has allowed it to grow much faster than North Korea. It might be propaganda (if I'm saying it to advance the cause of free markets, or of freedom generally, or any other cause). But its also true, and not even slightly misleading.
