Uh huh, sure. Which is why the murder rate had plateaued during much of the 1920's and then started to climb again as the economy deteriorated. Then really took off after the crash.

If he is going to discount crime associated with Prohibition, then he needs to discount crimes related to drugs.

Yon blogger has an ax to grind and is clearly willing to twist the data to fit his ideology.
