Well, I had no interest in investing in CITIBANK, although I used it as my banker before it set the US FRN$2000 inter institution transfer daily limit. Why double up? I am lost here. Why let taxation (milking) confound your investment decisions? C has been going down, one rule for me is never average down! But one thing clear here is that they are sophisticated pros to make money from their advice. C is too complex for me to invest in it. There are darn simple ones out there that are far more easy to play.
