Well, I presume that Rudy is almost required to discuss that since Terrorism and the Iraqi War seem to be the top issues in this election. Rudy, can reasonably demonstrate that he's proven he's capable of being on top of all that. However, I agree, I think if he could convince the electorate that he would be a fiscally responsible stewart of OUR MONEY it would go a long ways toward insuring his election. jdn
