But, we will have the usual suspects who will use this as "proof" that Bush didn't do anything wrong... Hey, give Rove another year and it will be Congress that declared war on Saddam, not Bush. He's just trying to grease the skids for next year's election. By the time he gets done, their base......what's left of it....will blame all of Iraq on the Dem Congress.
