Thanks, so the SEA warrants might well be exercisable and even forcibly redeemed soon.

It seems to me that the increase from 18 to 24 months probably comes from SEC complications. From what I can see, the SEC makes these companies jump through a huge amount of red tape hoops.

So I Imagine that at least with the more sophisticated and adroit managements, the biggest delay is not in finding a suitable candidate for acquisition. Nor is it in the intricacies of negotiating the deal. But rather the biggest hurdle can be dealing with government bureaucrats.

24 months then makes sense, but it can seem like an interminable time to holders of the shares and even more so to the warrant holders.
