I believe nature has a way of balancing cultures and societies. Hundreds of years ago England felt as grandiose as US does now. Heck Alexander felt the same. Takes a while because nature is thorough, deliberate and therefore slow, but toxic societies eventually self destruct, or a bigger fish gobbles them up.....or so is my uninformed belief! Eventually you get what you give.... The comments below the write up on the url are indicative of self disgust.....but dang, I love my SUV, even though it drinks blood !
