"From Sewage, Added Water for Drinking" That reminds me of when I was in Berlin. We were walking down a sidewalk and came upon a building with a high wall around it. There were security cameras every few meters and there was barbed wire on top, along with broken glass set into the top of the wall. Curious as to what needed such high security, I asked my then future wife what the heck it was. Turns out, it was a combination sewage/water treatment plant...
