"they are trying desperately to prove that crime has nothing to do with the economy." If they believe it so ardently, then they need to contact the FBI. Listening to them, you have to wonder when did the president of the US become a figure head. He doesn't have any control over the budget, he can't effect the economy, he is not responsible for changes in crime........now Rove wants us to believe that Congress thrust the war upon Bush. I guess they don't ever pay attention to how they sound.
