"Why the security?" In Europe, they take terrorism very seriously. So state owned facilities are much heavier guarded. In Northern Germany, they put radio and TV stations out in the middle of sugar beet fields. So someone who wanted to take over a station would be visible for quite a time. Interesting. I never noticed when I was over there. Frankly, if I were the Germans, I'd let a terrorist break into a sewer plant......hopefully, cutting through a wall that leads into the sewer vat and the collected sewerage. <g>
