Moral Hazards And Fed Actions
globaleconomicanalysis.blogspot.com
Kohn's latest speech was disingenuous at best and a blatant lie at worst. The Fed claims to seek "price stability" but idly stands by ant lets bubbles expand to amazing proportions. Then after the bubble pops, all of a sudden the Fed claims to be concerned about "innocent bystanders". The only innocent bystanders are those who sat the bubble out, and they are about to be punished a second time.

Bill thats right, as I said he is basically a street guy from Chicago who knows not only what traders USED to trade off, but also how to trade. These Financial Engineers of today IMHO dont really have a clue. Put it in a model and everything is Hunky Dory. These models cant figure out that there are factors they cant account for. If they were perfect would LTCM have happened....Computers are the new God, cant do anything wrong......IMHO

He is a great guy....Keep giving it to em Rick
