I note that you wrote as expected that you support increased taxes as yout number one position and then increased funding for IRS cheats. You clearly do not have your heart in managing the budget properly. You want tax increases and naturally support additional spending, yet we know that the current spending is wasted and no managed properly. I understand that you do not have a management backround, but, normally in business one goes after accounts receivable first and looks at the audit trail prior to seeking additional funds. That may explain why you want to give poor managers more of our money. Thanks for the explanation.
