every day for this good purpose. First we are talking
billions, then hundreds of billions, then it becomes
too big to bail out. -g- Feb. 27 was the first PPT failure.

No, that was the ECB, with 178 billion Euro repo. And you were
wondering why the dollar is up -g- The Fed is helping some too,
but this is mostly ECB effort.
