The Notes were issued to two parties: Felix Holdings Limited ("Felix") and Bank Sal. Oppenheim Jr. & Cie ("Oppenheim"). Prior to the execution of the Notes, there was no relationship between the Company and Felix or the Company and Oppenheim.
