(Romney seems to have a command of the issues and a presidential presence.

I say a winning ticket for Republicans is Mitt Romney and Kay Bailey Hutchison. She's a two-term Senator, thinking about running for Governor of Texas, leans Libertarian. And Romney's already considering her seriously.
