Are you sure? -g- 200K in devalued clownbuck is not a whole
of a lot to pay for a house. Europeans are paying millions.
If 18% M3 growth does not do the trick, they can up it to 25%.
Then its 150K in a year, sounds reasonable -g-

The only thing that is doomed is the USD.

Boolish standard PPT "hold it" action after a huge
futures-related rally. Expect a big up day tomorrow if
it holds.

Housing is not doomed everywhere. Our realtor recently sold a 600K home in 15 days. It had 2 offers within 2% of asking price. While it felt like 4 years, we got a contract on our home here in San Antonio in 42 days, 2% under our "revised" asking price, 5% under our original asking price (which was too high, in retrospect).
