Yep, I'm not as isolated as the gent in the PBS special. I can go to town if I want to, or pick up a phone. Still, I think your pity is misplaced. He CHOSE to live like that, it was what he WANTED to do. I fully understand how he must have felt about it, and unlike you, I admire the guy, I don't pity him. I wish I were tough enough to do it myself.
