I don't think they're chasing those votes -- yet.

Although it might be advisable for Romney and some others to just get this torture issue behind them. Just agree with old GI John and take his whole campaign issue, however trivial, away from him.

What poll suggested that?

(I've seen polling showing that he was popular enough in FL or OH to possibly win out there... but never seen one that said NY was a viable opportunity for him --- not the way the country is running against the Bush years, anyway.)
