Then that would jive with something Michael Queen old me now a month and a half ago. If I recall, the MM filing may need to mature for 30 days before the move can begin. I am sure I am not getting this exactly right, but I remember him mentioning that a MM had to be listed for 30 days or so prior to the move. So who is the sponsoring MM?

Don't hold me to the above, the period of time could have already taken place or migh be from the date o f filing. I have not been a part of this before. I just remember asking Queen about the process and heard that there was this kind of process for a MM dealing in the security and that a 'sponsoring' MM would be needed to make the move.

Does any of this sound right to those who know more about it?

Best to all,

Jp

Just curious Caly or anyone, what does it mean that the company is presenting itself Friday at the conference when they are in a self-proclaimed quiet period in the present? Does it mean that...

A. they will be out of the quiet period by Friday or
B. that they can engage in discussion in this kind of forum which is not a big deal.

Any thoughts? Either way, Friday is exacly the kind of forum that I want to see. I don't care that they pay 7500 for the opportunity to present ... it is the opportunity for Hal to follow up on his April letter and explain the process and business plan going forward from here.

A few possibilities to think about though ...

What if they announce a working prototype of a 40GB modulator Friday? We've been told that they hope/expect to do that before the end of the year in the last 10Q filed just 3 weeks ago.

What if they announce further test results? (I have no knowlledge if they are testing, just told that the Univ. of AZ would be conducting further tests at some point of new advances in the technology as the prepared for a working prototype, etc.)

I would suspect that above all, we may hear more about how the technology can be used to help make an all optical processor, a quantum leap for the computing world, and perhaps the biggest boon.

I am sure we will hear about the multiple uses of the tech ...

I have talked to Hal about the need to communicate with investors differently going forward and he agreed. I know at some point, he is getting ready to pitch a business plan to the investor community. They need obviously to move toward having a representative investor relations firm handle the business that has been handled in house to save money the past several years. One that is available and professional.

Normally, I wouldn't make a presentation like Friday out to be a big deal, but I just have a sense that it might be for this company, this time.

Thoughts???
