Agree, but that's why the party is treating Ron Paul so gingerly. Also, why they attack him so hard at the same time. They're afraid of him, but he also indicates the growing power of the libertarian message.

Simply put, socially liberal, fiscally conservative. Right now he's running onto the rocks of isolationism, but that's where Bush started -- no nation building -- until 9/11 and the neo-cons got hold of him.

Personally, I don't think Bush has been a true Republican since he raised tariffs to protect the steel industry and the Republican Congress without Gingrich, with Tom DeLay, was a disgrace to the party and the country.

I'm pissed and there are a lot of Republicans like me, without a place to go, with the threat of Hillary and Bill hanging over us. The other demo candidates are even worse.

No place to run, no place to hide...
