so it was warmer only a 1000 years ago ? See it's just a cycle.

Oh for heavens sake, no one--least of all the people who were on the IPCC panel--says that there haven't been wide fluctuations in the climate over the past millions of years. They are saying that the current fluctuation is caused by the increasing accumulation of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Perhaps the following is short enough for you to read:
en.wikipedia.org

Because it is a greenhouse gas, elevated CO2 levels will increase global mean temperature; based on an extensive review of the scientific literature, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change concludes that "most of the observed increase in globally averaged temperatures since the mid-20th century is very likely due to the observed increase in anthropogenic greenhouse gas concentrations".[9]
Over the past 800,000 years,[10] ice core data shows unambiguously that carbon dioxide has varied from values as low as 180 parts per million (ppm) to the pre-industrial level of 270ppm.[11] Certain paleoclimatologists consider variations in carbon dioxide to be a fundamental factor in controlling climate variations over this time scale.[12]

In 2005, CO2 was about 380ppm, far above the the range for the past 800,000 years. Look at the graphs that track warming with increases in CO2, both in the link below and other places:

That's all for me. I can't waste any more time here.
