plus a lot of the IT depts that dell used to sell into have moved to india and emerging markets. In asia you have a ton of cheapie brands to compete with. HP isn't exactly wowing me either, the stock or products. Its a sector thing really, seems like.

msft intc and all of those former horsemen are flat for the decade.
