need to cut losses at times--this admin doesnt get that in either the strategic or tactical sense. For now this means they should parlay recent gains into baracks 16 month exist strategy. Iraqi will be joyful that americans will be leaving and they will give it their best shot to make it succeed--no guarantees but there never are.

I've always admired Ronnie Ray Gun for knowing when to cut and run. The "invasion" of Grenada two weeks later to change the subject was cute too.
