I took that article to be somewhat like a university assignment. "In 2000 words or less, list 25 reasons why copper will weaken in the mid-term."

He would get a good mark for what he produced, but it being academia, the next time the assignment could ask for the 25 reasons why copper will remain strong, and I would expect the same student to write just as well on that side.

Myself, I am expecting some weakness and volatility but I am nowhere the pessimist he is.
