Were you born a dick or do you practice at it.?..... If you want the Form 180 why don't you ask the Navy Personnel Command for it like the Globe did..... Big welcher Pickens should surely be able to get it if he's half as important as he says he is.

But you will now admit the Form 180 has been made public and signed?
