at least they offer NA support.

But I really think they went astray with this indian migration that Dell did starting in 02 or so, it pretty much killed them. They should have stayed in Texas and tried to serve their customers instead of racing to the bottom. Everybody did that, thanks to MacKinsey.

The timing of that experience is important to evaluate the validity of the claim. I have been involved in more than dozens of installs of servers and hundreds of clients. If your experience was while Michael was gone, then its validity in Dell reality is zero. Support during his absence was exponentially superior.

"So we're paying a premium for comprehensible English. Mr. Dell still has it wrong with customer relations."

He is not about providing a good experience. Dell is about providing cheap stuff to people foolish enough to believe that price does not indicate quality.
